Nixzmary Brown was often tied to a chair in her bedroom, and forced to use a kitty litter box. Her stepfather, Rodriguez, routinely raped and beat her. On the day of her death, he beat her in the bathtub. She cried out “Mommy” but mother Nixzaliz merely told Rodriguez to stop, and walked out. The final blow to her head against the faucet killed her, she was only 7 years old. He apparently killed her because she took a Jello Pudding snack from the fridge.
